The harder buying question is what those payments actually cover. Genspark sells an AI workspace with agents, slides, documents, spreadsheets, media tools and storage—not one foundation model or a token-priced API. Its free daily credits have a lifetime limit, and paid “no credit cost” access has conditions. A low advertised monthly equivalent is only part of the decision.

Annual prices are paid in one lump sum. The $19.99 and $199.99 figures are advertised monthly equivalents, not monthly charges. Multiplying the rounded equivalent by 12 also introduces a few cents of error: the actual Plus annual invoice base is $239.99, not $239.88.
What does the free Genspark plan include?
The Free plan includes 100 credits per day, 1 GB of AI Drive storage and limited access to models and agents. Speakly voice input includes 4,000 words per week. That makes Free a sensible place to explore the interface and try small tasks before committing to a paid workflow.
The catch is the lifetime free-credit allowance. Once an account uses that allowance, the daily refill stops. Its remaining balance continues working until it runs out. Genspark does not publish the lifetime amount in this policy, so you should not budget around receiving 100 credits every day forever.
Upgrading replaces the Free daily allocation with the paid plan’s monthly allocation; the two are not added together. Canceling a paid subscription later also does not promise a fresh lifetime free allowance. For a one-off project, check your actual remaining balance before assuming Free will finish it.
Plus vs Pro: what does the extra money buy?
Plus is the practical starting point for an individual who repeatedly creates presentations, documents or research deliverables. The base plan supplies 10,000 monthly credits, 50 GB of storage, full access to tools such as AI Slides and Genspark Code, and commercial use of generated content subject to the relevant terms.
Pro starts at 125,000 monthly credits and 1 TB of storage, with a larger Free Quota balance and a higher AI Chat limit. That is 12.5 times the base monthly credits for roughly 10 times the monthly subscription price. It can make sense when you already know that paid generation volume or storage is the bottleneck.
More credits alone are a weak reason to upgrade if you leave most of your monthly allocation unused. Start with the work: how often do you generate video, use high-end models, rerun an agent, or produce several versions? Then inspect a real billing cycle. Pro is easier to justify with a recurring shortage than with an impressive-looking credit total.
Paid plans include commercial use, but that is not a blanket guarantee that every output is free of third-party rights. Genspark’s terms require source acknowledgment when republishing generated content and compliance with applicable third-party licenses. Review those requirements before using outputs in advertising or client deliverables.
How credits, Free Quota and model limits work
Genspark has several different usage allowances. Keeping them separate explains why a task can consume credits even when another part of your plan is included at no credit cost.

Free Quota covers Standard-mode text and image tasks across agents including Super Agent, AI Slides, AI Sheets, AI Docs, Deep Research, Fact Check and SecondBrain. Media planning can be covered, while actual video and audio generation uses credits. Ultra mode is outside the covered Standard-mode allowance.
A blue “Using free quota at no credit cost” notice identifies covered tasks on the web. When the weekly balance runs out, tasks automatically switch to credits and continue. Turn on Ask First on the usage page if you want to approve that transition. Genspark does not publish an absolute Free Quota amount in this policy, so it cannot be converted into a fixed number of projects.
Credit cost varies with model tier, context length, image resolution, video or audio duration, task complexity and number of outputs. In Audio and Music, Auto-select can generate several versions and charge for each. Repeated agent attempts and regenerations can also add cost. The official Credits Guide recommends starting with a lower-cost option, generating one version first and reserving higher-end models for work where the improvement matters.
There is also a separate five-hour heavy-usage window for AI Chat and AI Image. Buying credits does not lift that temporary limit. The usage page shows balances and reset timing; the task log can lag by a few hours, so a newly completed generation may affect the balance before its log entry appears.
Qualifying legacy subscriptions that remain continuously active retain their previous unlimited AI Chat and AI Image benefits through December 31, 2026, alongside Free Quota. New subscriptions should be evaluated under the newer core-versus-flagship rules. If you are a legacy member, check eligibility before letting the plan lapse; resubscribing follows the benefits then in effect.
Monthly vs annual: calculate the actual commitment
Annual billing saves about 20% against 12 monthly payments, but it trades flexibility for an upfront commitment. Plus costs $299.88 for 12 monthly payments versus $239.99 annually, a $59.89 difference. Pro costs $2,999.88 for 12 monthly payments versus $2,399.99 annually, a $599.89 difference.
That discount is attractive after a workflow has proved useful. If you only need one month for a presentation or campaign, a $24.99 Plus month is a much smaller commitment than a $239.99 annual purchase. The lower monthly equivalent does not make a one-month project cheaper in cash terms.
Calculate your subscription commitment
Compare base USD plans before tax and bank fees. Annual plans charge a full year upfront; credits still arrive monthly.
Individual subscriptions and Team members have separate allocations. This tool does not turn credits into a guaranteed number of slides, images or videos. Higher credit tiers, top-ups, Enterprise quotes and Cloud Computer subscriptions are excluded.
The calculator counts whole annual purchases. For example, two Plus accounts covering 13 months require two annual periods per account: $959.96 in total, covering 24 months each. It does not pretend that an annual plan can be bought for 13 times the displayed monthly equivalent, or that all annual credits arrive on day one.
For multiple individuals, the result assumes separate subscriptions and separate balances. It is a budgeting comparison, not permission to share a login. Taxes, bank charges, higher credit tiers and purchased top-ups can change the final amount; upgrades and actual checkout prorations are outside this simple forecast.
Team and Enterprise: seats, governance and temporary benefits
Team is for organizations that need individual staff accounts with centralized administration and billing. It costs $35 per seat per month, with 2–150 seats on the self-serve plan. Two seats therefore start at $70 per month; five seats cost $175 per month. Each member receives 10,000 monthly credits and 60 GB of dedicated storage.
Do not treat the storage total as one shared drive pool. The official Team guide describes storage per member, and an administrator does not automatically gain access to another member’s private files. Permissions and sharing still matter.
Team has a separate promotion for unlimited zero-credit use of top-tier chat and image models through December 31, 2026. It remains subject to fair-use guardrails and short-session rate limits. This is a dated Team benefit—not a permanent promise, not the default personal-plan rule, and not automatically an Enterprise benefit.
Team is monthly and card-billed. For annual, invoiced or tailored contract terms, contact Enterprise sales. Enterprise pricing, credit pools, governance, data residency and support depend on the executed agreement. The organization-plan guide says allocations start at 20,000 credits per seat per month, while the exact allocation and any pooling are set in the Order Form.
If several colleagues need the workspace, Team solves a different problem from buying Pro for one person. Choose based on access control, member billing and governance first, then compare usage—not just the largest credit number.
Discounts, taxes and other costs to check
The annual saving is an ordinary billing discount. It should not be described as a confirmed Black Friday deal or a working coupon. Promo codes can depend on account eligibility, region and expiration; a code advertised elsewhere only has value if checkout accepts it for your purchase.
Displayed web prices are USD base rates. Applicable VAT or GST, currency conversion and foreign-transaction fees can make your payment higher. Banks and tax authorities determine those additions. Mobile purchases are handled by the relevant app store, so review its checkout rather than assuming the web invoice and mobile payment are identical.
Top-up credits have a three-month validity according to the Credits Guide, but that page does not list package prices. Inspect the available offer before counting top-ups as a cheaper alternative to an upgrade. Their validity after a subscription change should also be checked in the actual purchase terms.
Genspark Claw additionally requires a Genspark Cloud Computer subscription for its runtime environment, and some Claw actions can use Genspark credits. Do not assume Plus or Pro includes that separate runtime bill. Canceling Cloud Computer eventually reclaims the machine and permanently erases its stored data, so save anything important before its paid period ends.
Cancellation, refunds and changing your plan
For a web subscription, open Settings, then Billing, find the Cancellation card and select Cancel Subscription. Normally your paid plan remains active until the end of the period already paid for, then the account returns to Free subject to its lifetime free-credit allowance. If a payment is past due, cancellation takes effect immediately instead.
An App Store or Google Play subscription must be canceled through that store’s subscription settings. Canceling on the Genspark website will not cancel a store-managed subscription. Pausing is not available, and cancellation does not automatically refund the amount already paid.

De terugbetalingsbeleid allows only one approved refund per customer. If at least 50% has been used, Genspark may decline the request and offer credits instead. Each renewal charge starts its own request window, but the same conditions apply. Approved refunds cancel the subscription; bank arrival normally takes 5–10 business days. App-store refunds follow the store’s process, and applicable law still matters.
Team has different terms: its dedicated guide says partially used billing periods are non-refundable. Enterprise cancellation, notice and refund terms follow the executed agreement. Avoid applying the personal refund table to either organization plan.
Upgrades can take effect immediately with prorated charges and supplemental credits, while downgrades normally take effect at renewal. Changing the billing interval can change when credits are replaced rather than retained. Read the confirmation screen before switching, particularly if you have unused credits or legacy benefits worth preserving.
Is Genspark worth it—or would a multi-model subscription fit better?
Genspark is easiest to justify when its workspace delivers something you need repeatedly: a client presentation, a document from research, a spreadsheet analysis or an agent-led project with reusable files.
