Important Notice. These Terms include a binding arbitration provision and a waiver of jury trials and class actions. They affect your legal rights. Please read them carefully.
These Terms govern access to and use of GlobalGPT ("GlobalGPT", "Project", "we", "our", or "us") websites, products, software, and services, collectively referred to as the "Site" or the "Services".
These Terms apply to website visitors, customers, subscribers, licensees, authorized users of customer accounts, and other end users of the Services, collectively referred to as "you" or "your".
By accessing, using, or downloading any materials from the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, whether on behalf of yourself or a legal entity you represent. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site and Services immediately.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You represent that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms and to use the Services and Software. You also represent that you have the full power, capacity, and authority to accept and comply with these Terms.
If we learn that you are under the required legal age or are otherwise not eligible to use the Services or Software, we may terminate or restrict your access without prior notice.
2. Updates and Communications
2.1. Updates. We may revise these Terms from time to time, including by changing, deleting, or adding provisions. We may do so to reflect changes in law, product functionality, commercial terms, risk controls, or other business needs.
Updated Terms will be posted on the applicable webpage. You should review the Terms regularly. If you continue to use the Site or Services after the revised Terms take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
2.2. Communications. You agree to receive service, account, transactional, legal, marketing, promotional, and other communications from us electronically, including by email, text message, in-product notice, push notification, or posting on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing or delivered in a particular manner. If you are a customer, you agree to keep your account contact information current.
3. Account
3.1. Registration; Username and Passwords. You may be required to provide information about yourself to register for or use the Services. You represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and will remain current.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password, and login credentials. You must not disclose or make them available to any third party.
We may reject or require you to change any username, password, or account identifier at our discretion.
3.2. Prohibition on Sharing. Each account is intended for use by one natural person only, unless GlobalGPT has expressly approved otherwise in writing.
You may not share, assign, transfer, rent, resell, sublicense, pool, or otherwise make an account, login credential, user right, Service, or Software available to another person or third party service.
You may not operate a proxy, relay, API bridge, bot, reseller panel, or shared-access service on top of the Services. Access patterns inconsistent with single-user use may be treated as evidence of prohibited sharing.
4. Ownership
4.1. Intellectual Property. The Site, Services, Software, interfaces, designs, content, trademarks, logos, technology, and related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Site, Services, Software, and related intellectual property are owned by GlobalGPT, its licensors, or applicable third parties. Except as expressly granted in these Terms or a separate written agreement, all rights are reserved.
You may not use GlobalGPT trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, trade dress, domain names, icons, or brand elements in advertising, publicity, or any way suggesting sponsorship or affiliation without prior written permission.
4.2. License Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Software or Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Software or protected materials may result in civil and criminal liability.
5. Submissions of User Content
5.1. Submissions. The Site may allow you to submit, post, upload, or make available questions, prompts, messages, comments, product feedback, ideas, files, or other content ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable right to access, view, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, copy, and display that User Content in connection with operating, improving, and providing the Services.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the User Content, that it is accurate to the extent it states facts, and that your submission and our permitted use do not violate these Terms or applicable law.
5.2. Screening and Removal. We may, but are not required to, review, screen, reject, move, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
We do not verify or endorse User Content. You are responsible for evaluating and assuming the risks associated with your use of or reliance on User Content.
6. Restrictions on Use of the Site
6.1. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to use the Site, Services, or Software to engage in or transmit content or activity that we determine, in our discretion:
(a) is illegal or violates any applicable law or regulation;
(b) encourages, facilitates, or discusses illegal activity with intent to commit it;
(c) infringes or violates the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights;
(d) is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, hateful, violent, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable;
(e) interferes with another user's use or enjoyment of the Site or Services;
(f) impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents or conceals your affiliation with any person or entity;
(g) sends spam, runs unauthorized contests or surveys, participates in pyramid schemes, or distributes unauthorized advertising or promotional material;
(h) accesses or uses another customer's account without permission;
(i) distributes malware, viruses, or code that disrupts or limits hardware, software, networks, or electronic communications equipment;
(j) disrupts, disables, overburdens, or impairs the Services, servers, or networks, including by submitting requests at a volume, frequency, or concurrency level materially inconsistent with normal individual human use;
(k) attempts unauthorized access to our systems, confidential records, another user's records, or any non-public area of the Site or Services;
(l) improperly solicits personal, sensitive, financial, payment, account, or password information from others;
(m) modifies, customizes, reverse engineers, decompiles, disassembles, derives source code from, or attempts to access underlying technology, systems, datasets, databases, management tools, development tools, servers, or hosting infrastructure;
(n) removes, circumvents, disables, damages, or interferes with security features or usage limitations;
(o) scrapes, crawls, harvests, mines, frames, copies, displays, distributes, sells, rents, transfers, or commercializes Site materials except as expressly permitted;
(p) creates or maintains multiple accounts, or uses disposable emails, temporary phone numbers, VPNs, proxies, virtual payment tools, multiple identities, or multiple payment methods to obtain free allowances, promotional pricing, refunds, Credits, or usage capacity beyond what is available to one user;
(q) circumvents or attempts to circumvent any usage limit, quota, rate limit, Credit allocation, plan restriction, or technical or contractual limitation;
(r) extracts, mirrors, distills, resells, trains on, fine-tunes from, or develops competing models, products, or services using the Services or model outputs at scale; or
(s) attempts to do any of the foregoing.
6.2. Linking and Display. You may link to the Site, but you may not frame it, place pop-ups over it, alter its display, or link it from websites containing unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.
6.3. Monitoring. We may monitor, review, investigate, or take action relating to use of the Site or Services for operations, improvement, fraud prevention, risk assessment, customer support, analytics, advertising, compliance, and legal purposes.
6.4. Fair Use and Service Limits
6.4.1. Plans described as "unlimited", or plans that do not state a fixed numerical allowance, are provided on a fair use basis for normal, individual, good-faith use by one human user.
"Unlimited" does not mean unmetered, uninterrupted, unrestricted, or guaranteed capacity. It does not permit usage at a volume, frequency, concurrency level, or automation pattern materially exceeding normal individual use.
6.4.2. Models, features, context length, file size, request limits, concurrency limits, rate limits, and other technical limits for each plan may be published in our Help Center, pricing pages, product interface, or other official materials, as updated from time to time.
6.4.3. For plans described as "unlimited", the full-speed allowance is 1,500 requests per billing period unless a different allowance is published for the applicable plan. For annual subscriptions, each monthly allocation period may be treated as a billing-period allocation for operational purposes.
After the full-speed allowance is reached, applicable model access may continue at a reduced rate of up to 100 requests per day for the remainder of that billing period. Full-speed allowances reset at the start of each billing period; reduced daily rates reset at 00:00 UTC each day.
Requests that fail due to our error or a model provider error, and requests blocked by safety systems, are not counted toward the allowance.
6.4.4. We may establish, apply, modify, increase, reduce, remove, or replace allowances, limits, thresholds, rates, models, model versions, and features. Model availability and names are indicative of the Services at the time they are published and are not a commitment to maintain any specific model for the full subscription term.
6.4.5. If a change materially and adversely reduces the full-speed allowance or reduced daily rate for a paid plan, we will generally provide at least 30 days' notice by email or in-product notice, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
Changes may take effect immediately without prior notice if they add models or features, increase allowances, keep a substantially comparable model available, are required by third-party providers or law, address temporary capacity/security/reliability incidents, or apply to an individual account for risk-control reasons.
6.4.6. If your usage materially exceeds normal good-faith individual use, or if we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms, we may reduce request rates, apply daily caps or concurrency limits, restrict models or features, require identity/device/payment verification, suspend access, or terminate the account.
We generally seek to apply a measure reasonably sufficient to address the concern, but we are not required to do so if conduct appears automated, fraudulent, coordinated across accounts, harmful to the Services, or harmful to other users.
6.4.7. Limits, rate reductions, model substitutions, model removals, or feature changes under this Section do not constitute service failure or defect and do not create any right to refund, Credit, billing-term extension, price adjustment, or compensation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If you believe a limit has been applied to legitimate good-faith use, you may contact us at productsupport@glbgpt.com. We may review the request and decide whether to restore or increase limits.
6.4.8. We are not required to monitor usage or notify you before applying limits. Not applying a limit in one situation does not waive our right to apply limits later.
7. Privacy
7.1. Privacy Notice. Your information will be processed as described in the GlobalGPT Privacy Policy, unless these Terms state otherwise.
7.2. Access and Disclosure. We may access, preserve, use, or disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to investigate, prevent, or address illegal activity, fraud, security issues, threats to safety, violations of these Terms, violations of other agreements, or claims that third-party rights have been violated.
We may also disclose information to comply with subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, law enforcement requests, government requests, or applicable law, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of GlobalGPT, our employees, users, and the public.
8. Confidentiality
8.1. Definition. "Confidential Information" includes non-public business, technical, product, financial, operational, security, pricing, roadmap, source code, system, process, trade secret, know-how, and marketing information disclosed by or on behalf of one party to the other, or learned through use of the Services.
Confidential Information also includes information marked confidential or information that should reasonably be understood as confidential given its nature and the circumstances of disclosure.
8.2. Exclusions. Confidential Information does not include information that is already lawfully known without confidentiality obligations, becomes public without breach, is lawfully received from a third party without restriction, or is independently developed without use of Confidential Information.
8.3. Protection. Each party will use reasonable measures to protect the other's Confidential Information and will disclose it only to personnel, advisors, contractors, service providers, subprocessors, counsel, or other representatives who need to know it and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
8.4. Required Disclosure. We may disclose Confidential Information when required by law, legal process, emergency, safety risk, threat to the Services, or threat to our rights or property. Where legally permitted and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before disclosure.
9. Term and Termination
9.1. Suspension and Termination. You may stop using the Site and Services at any time. We may suspend, limit, throttle, downgrade, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Site or Services at our discretion, including if we believe you violated these Terms, exceeded fair use, created risk, or threatened the Services, other users, or GlobalGPT.
Suspension, limitation, throttling, downgrade, restriction, or termination does not entitle you to a refund, Credit, extension, price adjustment, or compensation, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
9.2. Effect of Termination. On expiration or termination, your licenses and usage rights cease, our obligation to provide access ends, and accrued liabilities remain. Provisions that by nature should survive will continue to apply, including ownership, restrictions, privacy, confidentiality, disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, payment-related terms, dispute resolution, and general provisions.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
10.1. The Site, Services, and Software are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalGPT and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, security, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or produce any particular result.
We do not guarantee continued availability of any specific model, model version, feature, throughput, request rate, context length, capacity, or performance level.
Your use of the Site, Services, Software, outputs, downloads, materials, and data is at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and for any decisions based on them.
10.2. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for third-party products, services, content, advertisements, links, or providers made available through or in connection with the Site or Services.
10.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some disclaimers may not apply to you. In that case, disclaimers apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification Obligations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GlobalGPT, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, suppliers, and licensors from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:
(a) your access to or use of the Site or Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your sharing of login credentials or account access; (d) your violation of these Terms; (e) your violation, misappropriation, or infringement of any third-party rights; or (f) your conduct in connection with the Site or Services.
We may control the defense and settlement of any claim for which you owe indemnity. You agree to cooperate with us and not to settle any such matter without our prior written consent.
12. Limitations of Liability
12.1. Exclusion of Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalGPT and its affiliates, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the Site, Services, Software, outputs, or these Terms.
This applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.2. Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Services, Software, or information we provide will not exceed USD $100.
12.3. Risk Allocation. Each limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, and damages exclusion is an agreed allocation of risk and an essential basis of the bargain between you and us. Each applies independently even if another remedy fails its essential purpose.
12.4. Jurisdictional Limits. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits or exclusions. In such cases, the limits and exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law.
13. Payment Terms
13.1. Paid Services and Payment Processors
Certain features, models, capacities, or Services may require payment ("Paid Services"). Any payment terms shown during signup, checkout, purchase, renewal, or in-product purchase are incorporated into these Terms.
You may submit payment information to purchase Paid Services. We use third-party payment processors, which may include Apple, Google, Stripe, Paddle, PayPal, Airwallex, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other providers.
Your purchase may be subject to the applicable payment processor's additional terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for errors made by payment processors.
By purchasing or using Paid Services, you authorize us and the applicable payment processor to charge your payment method according to the payment terms presented at checkout.
We may change prices and offer discounts, coupons, trials, promotions, or other offers at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
13.2. Taxes
Unless otherwise shown at checkout or on an invoice, prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and governmental charges.
If we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes, those taxes may be calculated based on the information you provide and added at checkout or shown on your invoice.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, and governmental charges that are not collected by us.
13.3. Currency and Invoices
Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout. If you pay in another currency, the payment processor determines the conversion rate and may charge foreign exchange or processing fees that we do not control.
Invoices and receipts may be made available in your account dashboard or through the applicable payment processor.
13.4. Free Usage Allowance
New users may receive a limited free usage allowance before making a purchase ("Free Allowance"). The Free Allowance is provided for evaluation purposes and is not a free trial of any Subscription.
Free Allowance is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for Credits, cash, or other consideration, does not accrue, and may be modified, reduced, discontinued, or forfeited at any time.
Free Allowance is granted per user, not per account, device, browser, phone number, email address, payment method, or household.
Creating multiple accounts, using disposable or temporary contact information, VPNs, proxies, virtual payment tools, multiple identities, repeated refunds, or other methods to obtain additional Free Allowance violates these Terms.
We may use reasonable technical signals, including device, browser, network, and payment identifiers, to determine whether multiple accounts are controlled by the same user. If we identify abuse, we may limit usage, suspend or terminate accounts, forfeit unused Credits, revoke promotional pricing, and deny refund requests.
13.5. Subscriptions
13.5.1. Recurring Payments. When you purchase a Subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the billing interval selected at checkout until the Subscription is canceled. Charges apply immediately upon purchase. Subscriptions do not include a free trial unless expressly stated at checkout.
13.5.2. Billing Cycle. Subscriptions renew on the same calendar day of each billing cycle as your initial purchase date. If that date does not exist in a renewal month, renewal occurs on the last day of that month.
13.5.3. Promotions. Promotional pricing, discount codes, coupons, or other offers apply only according to the terms shown at checkout or in the offer. Unless expressly stated, discounts apply only to the initial billing cycle and renewals are charged at the then-current standard price.
Promotional offers may be limited to one per user, household, and payment method. We may deny, cancel, or revoke promotional pricing in cases of abuse, fraud, or multiple-account behavior.
13.5.4. Failed Payments. If payment fails, we may retry the charge. If we cannot collect payment, we may suspend, downgrade, or cancel the Subscription. If payment later succeeds, the renewed subscription period may be calculated from the successful charge date.
13.5.5. Changes. We may change Subscription prices, models, features, usage allowances, Credit allocations, Credit consumption rates, and fair use limits.
Changes to plan inclusions, models, features, usage limits, and fair use limits are also subject to Section 6.4.
13.5.6. Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds, Credits, or extensions for mid-period cancellations.
To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, you must cancel before the next renewal date.
13.5.7. Subscription Credits. If a Subscription includes usage credits ("Credits"), those Credits are deemed delivered to your account at the start of the applicable billing term or annual term, regardless of whether they are technically allocated monthly or on another operational schedule.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other credits, services, benefits, or other consideration.
Unused Credits do not roll over unless expressly stated in your plan, and are forfeited upon cancellation, non-renewal, suspension, or termination of the Subscription or account.
Credits are consumable digital goods. Once Credits have been issued or deemed issued, payment for the corresponding billing term or purchase is final and non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Credits do not guarantee uninterrupted, unrestricted, or continued access to any particular model, model version, feature, rate, or capacity. Use of Credits remains subject to Section 6.4 and all technical, safety, risk-control, and fair use limits.
13.6. Refund Policy
13.6.1. General No-Refund Principle. All purchases on GlobalGPT, including one-time Credit purchases, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and any other paid digital goods or services, are final and non-refundable once Credits have been issued or deemed issued to your account.
13.6.2. Credits Are Delivered Digital Goods. Credits are delivered digital goods. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, have no cash value, and cannot be converted to cash, refunds, account balance, payment credits, or any other form of consideration.
13.6.3. Deemed Delivery. Credits are deemed issued and delivered when they are credited, allocated, made available, or deemed made available to your account, including when they are allocated for operational purposes under a subscription, annual plan, renewal, promotion, or purchase.
13.6.4. Subscription Renewals. Subscription renewals are final and non-refundable once the renewal payment is processed and Credits for the new billing term have been issued or deemed issued. To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, you must cancel before the renewal date.
13.6.5. Annual Subscriptions. For annual subscriptions, all Credits associated with the annual subscription are deemed delivered at the start of the annual term, regardless of whether Credits are made available monthly or according to another operational allocation schedule. Annual subscription payments are final and non-refundable once Credits have been issued or deemed issued.
13.6.6. Cancellations Do Not Create Refund Rights. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing term, unused Credits, partially used Credits, reduced-rate access, model substitutions, feature changes, fair use limits, account limits, or mid-period non-use.
13.6.7. Abuse and Risk Controls. We may deny refunds, revoke promotional pricing, forfeit unused Credits, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts where we reasonably identify conduct such as multiple-account abuse, repeated refund attempts, abnormal usage, payment fraud, identity fraud, chargeback abuse, or activity inconsistent with normal good-faith use.
13.6.8. Chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution or payment provider instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended during the dispute and remaining Credits may be forfeited. We may permanently terminate accounts that initiate chargebacks or disputes inconsistent with this Refund Policy.
13.6.9. Mandatory Law. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable mandatory law. Where mandatory law requires a refund or other remedy, we will comply only to the extent required by that law.
13.7. Purchase Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to purchase Paid Services. By making a purchase, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
14. General
14.1. Third-Party Content. We may provide links to or information about third-party products, services, activities, events, websites, applications, integrations, or content. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, reliability, safety, or availability.
Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party and may be subject to additional third-party terms and policies.
14.2. Relationship. You and GlobalGPT are independent contractors. These Terms do not create an agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment, fiduciary, or representative relationship.
Without our prior written authorization, you may not claim to have authority to enter into agreements or undertake obligations on behalf of GlobalGPT.
14.3. Trade and Export Restrictions. The Site, Services, Software, technical data, and related materials may be subject to export control, sanctions, and trade restriction laws. You may not access, use, export, re-export, transfer, or disclose them in violation of those laws.
You represent that you are not located in, organized under, controlled by, or ordinarily resident in an embargoed or sanctioned jurisdiction, and are not listed on any restricted party list that would prohibit use of the Services.
14.4. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations without our prior written consent, except where prohibited by law. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations at any time.
14.5. Notices. Notices may be provided through the Services, email, in-product notice, certified or registered mail, courier, or other legally permitted methods. Notices to GlobalGPT should include a copy to productsupport@glbgpt.com.
14.6. Force Majeure. Except for payment obligations, neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party provider failures, or similar events.
15. Mandatory Arbitration and Waiver of Class Actions
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
15.1. Scope. The arbitration provisions are intended to be broad and apply to disputes between you and GlobalGPT arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, the Services, Software, our relationship, or information we provide, whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or another legal theory.
15.2. Informal Resolution. Before beginning arbitration or litigation, you agree to contact us at productsupport@glbgpt.com with a brief written description of the dispute and your contact information. Except for intellectual property disputes, both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.
15.3. Binding Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after informal resolution begins, either party may initiate binding arbitration. The applicable arbitration provider and rules depend on your residence and applicable law.
15.4. Arbitrator Authority. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes about interpretation, applicability, enforceability, formation, arbitrability, and waiver, and may grant relief available in court, subject to these Terms.
15.5. No Jury Trial. Without arbitration, the parties may have had a right to sue in court and receive a jury trial. The parties waive that right to the extent permitted by law.
15.6. Class Action Waiver. Claims must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative action.
If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a claim, the arbitration agreement may be unenforceable as to that claim to the extent required by law.
15.7. Intellectual Property Exception. Either party may bring claims relating to theft, piracy, infringement, misappropriation, or unauthorized use of intellectual property in a court or competent authority with lawful jurisdiction.
15.8. Survival. This arbitration and class-action waiver section survives termination of your use of the Site or Services.
15.9. Entire Agreement. These Terms are the final and complete agreement between you and GlobalGPT regarding the Site and Services and supersede prior communications on the same subject, except for separate written agreements expressly stated to control.
15.10. Governing Law and Venue. These Terms are governed by the laws stated in the current official Terms or the applicable published legal terms. Interim or preliminary injunctive relief may be sought in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect rights or property.
15.11. Language and Translations. We may provide translations of these Terms. Translations are for convenience. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15.12. Waiver. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. A waiver of one breach is not a waiver of another breach.
15.13. Severability. If any provision is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
16. System Requirements; Changes
Your use of the Services and Software may require compatible devices, internet access, supported browsers, third-party software, updates, upgrades, or other technical requirements. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining these requirements and for any associated fees.
Hardware, software, network conditions, browser settings, operating systems, third-party services, model providers, and internet access may affect your ability to access or use the Services. High-speed internet access is recommended.
We may discontinue, modify, restrict, or change the availability or compatibility of the Services or Software for any operating system, device, browser, platform, region, model, feature, or third-party integration at our discretion, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
