Billing & Subscription

Billing, upgrades, refunds, and payment issues.

To ensure account security, subscriptions must be canceled manually by the user on the homepage; we cannot process cancellations via email. To cancel, click "Current Plan" (e.g., Pro/Unlimited) in the top navigation bar to enter the subscription page. Scroll to the bottom and click Subscription Management to complete the cancellation. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Note: If your cancellation fails, please check if you have recently claimed any subscription retention credits. Users are restricted from canceling within 7 days of claiming these credits. Please wait 7 days and try again.

If you still encounter issues or are unsure whether your subscription has been successfully canceled, please contact productsupport@glbgpt.com with your registered email address and a screenshot of your payment. Our support team will verify it for you.

Please contact productsupport@glbgpt.com and provide your registered email, a screenshot of your payment, and a screenshot of the website/app error. Once verified, we will manually update your subscription benefits.

When upgrading your plan, the system automatically calculates the pro-rated difference based on your usage. Therefore, you only pay the pre-calculated adjustment fee rather than the full price of the new plan. Since the price difference is already factored in, no additional refunds will be issued.

Once we process your refund, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to credit back to your account.

Our platform uses Stripe for payment processing. If your current card fails, please try switching to a different payment method.

Credits & Account

Credits, renewals, account access, and security.

Once you subscribe, credits are distributed on a fixed monthly basis and will expire at the end of each billing cycle. Your distribution date depends on your payment date. For example, if you subscribe on June 25th, you will receive your fixed monthly credits on the 25th of every month, and any remaining credits from the previous month will be cleared.

  • Plan Credits: Distributed monthly and do not roll over to the next month.
  • Manual Top-up Credits: These never expire. The system automatically prioritizes expiring plan credits first, and will only consume your non-expiring top-up credits once the plan credits are fully exhausted.

The Unlimited plan does not offer infinite access to all models; advanced models still consume credits. The Unlimited plan provides 52,000 credits per month for usage. For specific details, please review our Subscription Plans.

Your plan credits reset every month. If your current amount still doesn't meet your needs, you can upgrade your plan to get a higher allowance.

How Credit Consumption Works: Your total credit cost depends on the length of both your inputs (prompts sent) and outputs (responses generated). Consumption is primarily driven by input volume. Token usage can scale rapidly when using AI for coding or deep research, as both your input context and the generated code/long responses are counted. A very long or complex request can easily consume a large number of credits.

You can click "View More" under the Subscription Plan to check the rates for different models, or click "My Records" in the top right corner to track your usage history and optimize how you use the platform. If you believe there is an error in your credit consumption, please contact productsupport@glbgpt.com for verification.

Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the website to enter your Profile, where you can delete your account. Please note that deleting your account will permanently wipe all permissions, remaining credits, and usage history. You must cancel any active subscription before deleting your account.

First, please confirm whether you purchased your subscription on our official website or via Google Play:

  • Website Purchases: Log in directly using the email address associated with the purchase.
  • Google Play Purchases: Please contact us with the email address you wish to bind, and we will set up your login credentials.

Standard Login Steps: Go to www.glbgpt.com → Enter your email → Check your inbox (including the spam folder) for the verification code → Enter the code to log in.

If you are still experiencing login issues, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Switch to Google Chrome or use an Incognito window.
  2. Use "Sign in with Google" for a verification-code-free login.

Model & Generation

Prompts, video generation, exports, and troubleshooting.

On the chat page, hover your mouse over the instruction you sent. Click "Save to My Prompts". You can then view your saved instructions in "My Prompts" on the homepage. This allows you to quickly access and reuse frequently used instructions for new conversations.

No. First/last frame generation and reference-image-to-video are two distinct generation modes and cannot be used simultaneously. The actual generation will follow whichever tab you currently have selected (Keyframes or Reference).

You can access your chat history by tapping the Chat History icon in the top right corner of the mobile web interface. While mobile chat history is synced with the official website, features to manually save or export chat history are not supported yet.

If you need 1080p video generation, please select the Kling 3.0 model. We partner directly with official model providers; if certain parameters or options are missing for a specific model, it is because the official provider does not support them.

On the web, please follow these steps:

  1. Tap your avatar in the top right corner.
  2. Tap Contact us.

The generation request was likely rejected due to the official safety policies of the underlying model. You can refer to the respective model's official generation policy for specific error details. If you need to generate NSFW content, the Flux series models are relatively more permissive; we recommend trying the flux.1-dev model.

API access is currently not supported. We utilize official third-party providers, so we encourage you to use our platform interface directly.
