I’d love the opportunity to take you on a journey if you’d be gracious enough to allow me🥰 If it feels safe to do so, please close your eyes, if not, just soften your gaze. Think of someone you know who is feeling overwhelmed with life right now, curveballs hitting them left right & centre, ………..or someone who is feeling underwhelmed, like “this is it?” “There has to be more, surely?” Now this someone could be someone close to you, in your family circle, your social circle or your, work environment heck, it might even be you! Take a moment to connect with that person in your mind & to sense the frustration, confusion, disconnection or anxiety that they, or you, might be feeling. Sense the feeling that their world has collapsed around them & they’re lying under the rubble of their life, unable to move. Now imagine someone with the loving, nurturing grandmother energy, wisdom of a Jedi Knight & the fun, curiosity & magic of Mary Poppins, a highly qualified and credentialed co-pilot - a Wing woman if you like, who helps them climb out from the rubble so they can stand up & catch their breath. Their newfound guide points out the foot & handholds as they navigate their way over the rubble to solid ground where, together, they survey the damage & decide what of the rubble can be used to rebuild their life & what needs to be discarded. Finally, they start to rebuild a life far better than they could have imagined & eventually they are able to look back at this challenging time as the best thing that could have happened to them. Life has offered them the gift of a Spiritual Earthquake, an invitation to create the life they came here to live. Which, BTW is not the life they’re living now!
